1. The dewatered sludge is transported to the sludge receiving warehouse by the mud transport vehicle;

2. The dewatered sludge is transported to the desiccator and is heated and dried in the desiccator by direct contact with the hot flue gas. The dried material is mixed with a certain proportion of auxiliary fuel and then enters the vertical cleaning. The incinerator is burned, and the dried exhaust gas is cleaned and purified by the exhaust gas treatment system and discharged to the standard;

3. After the sludge is dried, the sludge enters the vertical cleaning incinerator for incineration. The char formed after incineration gradually moves to the center of the vertical cleaning incinerator. The incinated ash is thoroughly cooled through the air blown from the porous tube. Finally, it is discharged from the ash discharge outlet at the center. After the hot flue gas generated by the incineration is tempered, it quickly returns to the rotor dryer and the heat is recycled to heat and dry the sludge.
