1. Sludge with moisture content ≤ 45% is temporarily stored in the sludge storage tank;

2. Sludge in the storage bin is transported into the vertical cleaning incinerator for incineration through the conveyor evenly and quantitatively. The char formed after incineration is gradually moved to the center of the vertical cleaning incinerator in the combustion process, and the incineration is completely completed. The ash is cooled through the air blown out of the porous tube and finally discharged from the ash discharge outlet at the center;

3. The ash produced by the incineration is concentrated in the ash residue collection warehouse, loaded and transported for comprehensive utilization;

4. The heat generated by the incineration is collected with the hot flue gas by the steam boiler and exported to the user for use or take-out. The exhaust gas discharged from the steam boiler is cleaned and purified by the exhaust gas treatment system and discharged to the standard.
